With a growing family on the way, our clients wanted to get a sense of potential options and associated costs for different floor plans for their home in Toowong, Brisbane.

During our project cost analysis and preconstruction stage, we explored the costs, benefits, opportunities and weaknesses of different layouts in order to uncover an approach that best suited their lifestyle, budget and plans for the future.
